This week we had a really interesting miracle happen! Last week we met a lady named Reyna. The moment we asked her what she wanted us to include in the prayer she started to cry. Her dad had just passed away and she had been really struggling. God is so aware of His children He always sends us a way to tell us He loves us. Many times on my mission it has been through the simple prayer of two young Mormon missionaries. When we went back to see her she said that she had been waiting for us all week. (Yes, we immediately repented). Later in the lesson we asked her if she had ever seen the missionaries before in Honduras. White shirts, ties, black pants. And if she had every heard of The Book of Mormon. She said yes. She said "I always saw them and always waited for them to come to my house. I wondered why they never came." Wow. She had been waiting for the gospel! She accepted a baptismal date! She is so amazing!

Our investigator Jose- whose son is on a mission in Honduras and wife who is a super active member in Guatemala....turns out he was baptized 22 years ago. He had no memory of it. So our investigator went to less-active. shoot....

Fun piece of info. Latins can't say my name. It's usually pronounced Hermana cow... but Jose rotates between Hermana cow, Hermana Koutz, and Hermana Kathy. I think its fitting. I truly am my mother daughter.

In other news, today I made homemade tortillas all myself. I am proud.
